COBI Company is a Polish manufacturer of high quality construction blocks;

 

importer and distributor of a wide assortment of different licensed toys such as dolls, plastic model kits, interactive toys, TV games, creative sets for children, educational games and sets.

We cooperate with the biggest and the best companies in the world such as Revell Gmbh, Clementoni, Playmates, Spinmaster, Moose Enterprise, Vivid Imagimation, Jakks Pacific, Arbor Toys, Character Option, Funrise, Zapf Creation and others.

 

 

COBI  HISTORY

 

Founded in 1987, the company started with board games and puzzles production.

 

In 1992 COBI established production line of plastic construction blocks in Warsaw. The same year mould factory under Cobert name was opened.

 

Big demand for COBI building blocks resulted in dynamic development of production and establishing a new manufacturing plant in Special Economic Zone in Mielec (South of Poland) opened in 1997 under name of Plastic Factory COBI S.A.

 

2001 was the year when sales offices in Czech Republic and Slovakia were opened.

 

2010 was a remarkable time for COBI when the expansion of Plastic Factory COBI S.A. in Mielec, Poland was finished. By the beginning of 2011 production capacity significantly increased allowing to meet growing demand for COBI construction blocks.

 

 

COBI  TODAY

 

Nowadays, we are the biggest manufacturer of construction blocks in Central and Eastern Europe with sales offices in Czech Republic and Slovak Republic.

Apart from direct entries on foreign market, our international sales network expands over 60 countries worldwide.

Every year COBI attends the most important Toy Events: Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair and Spielwarenmesse Nurnberg Toy Fair, where we proudly present our products and establish new business contacts. Additionally, you can find COBI construction blocks at different time of a year at the toy fairs  in any part of the world whether it is the United States, Russia, Western Europe or Australia wherever our distributors are exhibiting our product.

 

 

COBI PRODUCTION PLANT IN MIELEC, POLAND

 

COBI building blocks production process is entirely conducted within our organization.

Starting from an idea, we go through projects, designs, moulds preparation, production process management and sales service including sales assistance.

 

Our land for business activities covers an area of 27 500 square meters. COBI company provides work for over 300 employees.

Owing production plant situated in Mielec (South of Poland), we are able to keep entire manufacturing process under strict control. Our highly specialized engineers take care of tools projections and supervise their construction at our tooling workshop.

 

Thanks to this we are able to offer our customers products made of high quality selected EU origin materials, certified by European laboratories, rigid quality and security controls as well as short production and delivery lead times.

 

 

COBI COMPANY ON POLISH MARKET

 

COBI S.A. is well-known name in Polish Toy Business with many years of experience on the market. Sales rates have been growing over the years, at the moment distribution channels operate all over the country. Shares – chains, retailers, wholesalers. COBI full assortment of products is available in the most important chains in Poland. Seasonal character of sales, peak period is quarter III and IV.

In 2010 COBI took fifth position in products turnover among the largest toy companies on Polish market.

 

 

COBI BUILDING BLOCKS

 

Safe and secure toys of the highest quality that are always fun to play with for all family, is our priority.

COBI building blocks are created in Poland from EU origin materials in accordance with the strictest quality control regulations during entire manufacturing process. We certify our product at notified European laboratories (TUV Rheinland Group). COBI toys are phthalates free, they conform to EN71. Inside every box with COBI building blocks our little customers will find detailed illustrated instructions on models construction.

 

High quality of our toys was valued by Vodafone McLaren and first collection of licensed COBI blocks McLaren F1 cars appeared on the market in 2008. The success of our first licensed line triggered work on other licensed collections. Presently, COBI offers Jeep collection historical Willys (licensor Chrysler Group LLC, the line was launched in 2009), Renault F1 team (licensor Renault, the collection was launched in 2010), Boeing famous Dreamliner Boeing-787 and Boeing-767 (licensor Boeing Management Company, the product was launched in 2010) and McLaren F1 line which we are carrying till now. This year we have started production of Doctor Who licensed series for Character Option Ltd.

Small Army is unique military construction blocks series and number one seller worldwide. The collection is remarkable for its sets following US Army, Russian Army, Royal Navy and US Navy vehicles. The smallest set is of 40 pieces and the biggest one is 1 000 pieces. Military figures are included in every set, additionally you can increase your army buying extra military figures in plastic bags.

 

Navy is part of our Small Army collection. This line includes incredible battleships equipped with launchers that really shoot, wheels that allow the ships to move on the surface and many other accessories that will make the process of building of a set and the play with readymade toy an exciting experience.

Another integral part of our Small Army collection is licensed Jeep sets.

Action Town series include brave Fire fighters, courageous Policemen and  hardworking Construction teams. In each and every line under Action Town collection you will find special equipment and vehicles with a great number of moveable elements and additional accessories. You can choose any of the smallest 40 pieces sets up to 500 pieces items. Pull-back models are available!

 

We are honored to offer you our Dreamliner Boeing-787 and Boeing-767. The smallest set is 260 pieces and the biggest one is 1 000 pieces.

 

This year we proudly present Coast Guard line. Colorful eye-catching models are already gaining popularity among our customers.
