Personnel carrier Half-Track M3 is synonymous with the American participation in World War II. No image of the American military involvement in World War II is complete without the appearance of the Half-Track M3 vehicle. This armoured semi-caterpillar vehicle appeared in large production numbers and was the Allied counter to the German Sd.Kfz. 251 series half-track of similar scope and function.
