Somua S-35 (Char 1935s)

Description

The Somua S-35 was a French medium tank for cavalry from the period of World War II. It was produced between 1936 and 1940. It was relatively nimble and better armored than its French and foreign competitors.

The block model has a cannon that moves up and down, rotating turret and operable trapdoor.

Hello there from France dear Poland! I'm really glad to have now a french tank in my collection, and none the less: The Somua S35 was considered to be the best tank at its time, being very mobile, easy to maintain while having good combat caracteristics. As WW2 struck, these were on the frontlines, hence the surname "Shield of The Republic"! The quality of the cobi's product is very excellent: This tank is realistic, having some good details like the grids on the back and the MAC 31 coaxial MG. The armour is well designed and the dimensions are really accurate! The strength of the product is perfect, the tank feels heavy in the hand, like the others cobi's products. Thank you Cobi for recreate this memorable french tank! PS: please recreate the B1 Bis french tank as it is just as iconic as the S35 for the french army!
